And I also bring up my experience, again, to be encouraging in that you will learn some nutrient timing skills through this CARDIOX Diet that are so valuable that even though I messed up, man, it's embarrassing, way too many times, I still had incredible success losing body fat and gaining muscle mass as I mentioned. I looked good, had a flat belly and the shape of my 6 pack (coming from a 1 pack dome) at the end of the diet and people in the gym were telling me so, without me telling them I was doing anything different.
