You don't have to eat desserts but a lot of people will like this type of idea especially at the start of the diet. And quite frankly the first time through this diet I messed up all the time. I went a little crazy on the desert side at first especially... whewwww (had a bad sweet tooth back then...)
Anyways, I got kind of tired desserts sometimes and I used other carbs, more healthy carbs too or I would just alternate by feel, it didn't matter. I just needed the carb trigger for nutrient timing purposes.
We use carbohydrates strategically in the CARDIOX Diet. We use it to store the nutrients we want to store into ourselves (not fat of course) so our body can be well fed, recuperate and repair.
The keto diet leaves this part out, that's why muscle tissue shrivels up. And if muscle is starving, it's likely that other tissue, organs in your body is also starving of much needed nutrients while on that keto, that low carb diet, that Atkins diet.
And on top of that the same time we are able to suck the fat out of the fat cells helping us fairly rapidly lose weight. We have a certain "nutrient timing dance" we do which is quite effective.
Additionally, because there is a reward portion of the diet, a strategically timed reward portion of the diet then we avoid diet austerity, which keeps us in a good mood and excited at the same time, excited to do the diet and excited about the results of the diet.
Yes indeed my first time to the diet I lost approximately 13 pounds of fat while gaining 7 pounds of muscle. Now I was in fairly good shape, although kinda, puffy, chubby so I did not have a lot of fat to lose at the time so but I had a decent amount of fat that became harder for me to burn. Fortunately this CARDIOX Diet knocked that fat right off my body.
Just imagine this - you learn a skill, a trick that we will teach you how to avoid getting fatter even after you eat a whole box of Krispy Kreme's at once. I'm not kidding. It's in this course!
